Make This Vegetable Pie Recipe In Less Than 30mins Now

Have you ever sat in your place and wondered, what could be perfect for a good night, for today’s recipe we are illustrating a healthy pie stuffed with vegetables and covered with cheese on top, we chose specific vegetables that contains the most important vitamins for our bodies and especially the eggs for a good amount of vitamin D for a good day. Let us take a break from fried food and raw vegetables, I recommend this recipe for a lunch box that two slices of this pie will make your day and entertain your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 250 gr of puff pastry/quiche (sold at the market)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tsp of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp of parsley
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • grated cheese
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Peel the vegetables, wash them and grate them.
  2. In a frying pan and over low heat, put the grated vegetables
    butter, salt and black pepper, brown for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the base of the quiche in the oven, then when you make sure it’s done put the vegetable mixture and grated cheese.
  4. In a bowl, mix the eggs, heavy whipping cream, milk, salt, black pepper and parsley.
  5. Pour this last mixture over the quiche and cover it with grated cheese top and bake at 180° for 30 minutes.

As usual, you are free to give your own touch for the recipe if you got a better addition, more over if you are not a big fan for the taste of cooked vegetables you can always use spices to make the flavor more rich or to make your dish spicy.
