This quiche pie recipe for those who craves a delicious yet healthy dinner on the table, for yourself or your loved ones.
the autumn is on the door, what could be possibly better than a lovely meal when the weather is getting colder outsider. Well, I’ve got your back. This recipe requires organic ingredients, puff pastry and a wonderful chef to bake the meal with love and appreciation. Everyone could use such meal for diets, or for a healthy dinner or a wonderful event whether you want to bring something delightful to the table or you want to invite others for it.
Baking with no much spices can be a bit complicated, how could you bake a delightful meal that is healthy and excellent for diets yet delicious and very tasty? this recipe is one of my favorites especially for it doesn’t require any kind of meat so it is affordable and most importantly it is very easy and fast to bake with your friends and family.
As the usual, the ingredients are clear and simple:
- 250g Quiche Pastry (you can find it in stores)
- 2 Zucchinis sliced to circled pieces
- 2 Green Peppers sliced to pieces (take off their seed)
- 15cl Heavy Fresh Cream
- 2 Spoons of Olive Oil
- 1 egg
- Black Pepper
- Salt
How to prepare:
- In cooking surface covered with flour, knead and spread the quiche pastry well and put it in a quiche pan then put it in freezer for 20mins then put it in the oven to bake it.
- In the other side, in a normal pan heat a spoon of olive oil, and cook the green pepper for 8mins and don’t quit stirring it.
- In a bowl, mix the fresh cream with an egg, salt and pepper and add the green pepper you have cooked.
- In the same pan you cooked the pepper, do the same for the zucchini but for 4 mins.
- Pour the mix in the pastry and decorate it with slices of zucchini on top.
- Put it in the oven and let it bake in 180° degree for 35mins until the pastry is hard and golden.
