Chocolate mousse is a dreamy dessert that melts in your mouth. It’s made with rich chocolate, whipped cream, and sometimes eggs. This light and airy treat is perfect for any occasion. You can enjoy it plain or with fresh berries, crumbled cookies, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Chocolate mousse is a decadent indulgence that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • . 150 g dark chocolate
  • . 30 g butter
  • 4 eggs (yolks) and whites separated
  • . Vanilla (extract)
  • . 1/2 can of very cold fresh cream (100 ml)
  • . 45 g fine sugar

  • Whipping cream

How to prepare:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath while stirring, add the butter. Remove it from the heat, empty the mixture into a bowl and let it cool.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the yolks, sugar and vanilla until a white, foamy mixture is obtained. Add them to the first mixture.
  3. Using a hand mixer, beat the fresh cream that is well combined. Add it to the chocolate without crushing it. Reserve the mixture.
  4. Beat the egg whites like ice, add 1/3 to the chocolate, then add the rest slowly without mixing too much.
  5. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator. Decorate it with whipping cream.

Note: To make the method successful, put the bowl and hand mixer in for an hour in the freezer.
