How to prepare:

  1. Prepare the sorbet by mixing sugar and water, then let it cool.
  2. Remove the lemon peels and grind the pulp with the kiwi to obtain a consistent gruel.
  3. Empty the sorbet little by little, and finally add the lemon peels and the beaten egg whites like ice, little by little.
  4. Place it in the refrigerator for two hours, then in the freezer.
    Mix every two hours, then decorate with kiwi circles.

Ingredients:
. 40 kiwi pieces
. 20 lemons and 01 egg white
For sorbet:
. 1/4 liter of water
. 100 g powdered sugar for decorating:
